Barbie is cast in the role of Rosella, a shipwrecked princess, in this mini-game filled adventure based on 2007's computer-animated DVD movie. Alone on a tropical island, Rosella is cared for by three friendly animals: a panda, a peacock, and an elephant. With the help of her creature companions, Rosella will collect an assortment of treasures and eventually meet her soul mate, Prince Antonio. The Game Boy Advance version includes 12 mini-games involving singing, dancing, playing dress up, and more. The Island Princess features the following four themed locales from the movie: Deserted Island, Royal Ship, Apollonian Castle, and Greenhouse.
