An autobiographical suite of songs about Seeger's family, her life and loves (including her late husband, Ewan MacColl, and her current partner, Irene Pyper-Scott), BRING ME HOME is a clear-eyed, unsentimental but loving tribute. Combining traditional ballads and original material performed by Seeger, with occasional backing from sons Calum and Neill MacColl, BRING ME HOME features the heartfelt title track and several familiar ballads including "Molly Bond," "The Wagoner's Lad," and "O the Wind and Rain."
