After Fred Neuman is murdered and then resurrected with no memory or head, he must take on the persona of Dead Head Fred and solve the mystery behind his demise. Through the adventure, Fred must use the severed noggins of enemies as weapons to defeat a variety of mutants, ghouls, and mob bosses. There are nine collectable heads that feature their own strengths and weaknesses, and Fred may alternate craniums at any time. As Fred explores the town of Hope Falls he can take on missions that earn him money for upgrades and extra jars for his assortment of domes. Completing side missions and mini-games including "Consensual Sax," "The Gran Ratismo," and "The Feather Doom" reveals bonus content designed to increase replayability. ~ Gracie Leach, All Game Guide
