Escape from Bug Island is a survival-horror game viewed from a third-person perspective. As the unlucky Ray, a camper whose friends suddenly disappeared during the group's stay on a mysterious island, players will soon discover that the surrounding forest's inhabitants are one part "creepy" and a whole lot of "crawly." Players must figure out a way to rescue Ray's friends and safely escape the island while battling an assortment of mutant insects. Using the combination of the Wii Remote and Nunchuk attachment, players can acquire weapons such as rifles, grenades, sickles, and more to shoot, ignite, and slice their foes into harmless goo.
