This gripping drama recounts a schizophrenic teenager's struggle to cope with her mental illness. Deborah Blake (Kathleen Quinlan) fights inner demons that manifest themselves as visual hallucinations, and attempts suicide as an escape. After a stay in a mental hospital, and with the help of a caring psychiatrist, Deborah is eventually able to control her condition.
