The stop-motion animation by legendary special effects maestro Ray Harryhausen comprises some of the most complex, technically proficient, and visually stunning in film history, and have more than withstood the test of time. Finally, Harryhausen brought to life Jonathan Swift's classic tale of GULLIVERS TRAVELS in THE 3 WORLDS OF GULLIVER. This awesome fantasy is both a captivating story and a visual treat. The great disparities of size called for by the script gave rise to the creation of a new photographic technique called Superdynamation, yet another example of the brilliance of the animator, and a perfect tool for the the story of Gulliver's experiences in Brobdingnag and Lilliput, the lands of the great and small.
