This DVD series features two re-mastered episodes of the ground-breaking television science-fiction series per disc. In Episode 69, "That Which Survives," Kirk and his crew are stranded on a hostile planet where they meet Lorisa, a beautiful woman whose touch means instant death. While they are there, a mishap sends the Enterprise 1,000 light years away without its crew. In Episode 70, "Let That Be Your Battlefield," Kirk beams aboard two beings, Lokai and Bele, who are each half black and half white and are at war with each other. When Kirk tries to get involved, Bele threatens to destroy the Enterprise.
