Set in the inner city, STREET TALES OF TERROR consists of three scary stories told by a homeless man bargaining for his life. After witnessing a murder, the man is attacked by the criminals, who plan on killing him to erase any trace of their actions. In a last attempt to escape death, the homeless man tells the men three stories of horror in which a wronged party seeks the ultimate revenge. In "The Reckoning," a young girl named Jessica is drowned by her cruel peers. Years later, Jessica comes back from the dead to collect payment for the life she never got to live. The next story, entitled "The Clinic," sees a young woman named Jaleesa Daniels living through a horrible predicament. Intending to have an abortion, Jaleesa is visited by several spirits who make her rethink whether she's made the right decision, and lead her to wonder if she's going crazy. Finally, "Graduation Night" recalls a fateful evening in 1975 when a midterm party ends in a rape, and ultimately, death.
