A bright teenager has high hopes of winning first prize at a science fair.The project he concocts is a fully-operational A-bomb. The U.S. military sees him as a terrorist and he doesn't have long to persuade them he's not.

A 16-year-old genius steals plutonium and builds his own nuclear bomb in order to prove how easy it is to do so! Government agents catch on, and try to apprehend the lad. Meanwhile, the bomb has been activated...
