Navy SEAL Tom Paoletti returns to his New England home town to recover from a head injury that may end his military career. While he's recuperating, he sees an infamously deadly terrorist in town. His colleagues in the military think that he's hallucinating, but Tom knows he's not. So he assembles a ragtag band of soldiers to fight the terrorist.
