When a natural disaster floods more than 90% of the earth, billions of humans die, leaving a small fraction alive. Fast forward 14 years to the sci-fi anime action of TIDE-LINE BLUE. Some of the survivors have banded together to create the New United Nations, but a small group doesn't think that diplomacy is the answer to the world's many problems. Instead, might makes right as they control a nuclear submarine that could destroy the rest of the planet.
