A picture-perfect family, full of love and passion for life, is threatened by the wife's dependence on alcohol in this heart-wrenching drama. In the end, it may take more than they can give to overcome their shared struggles.
Imagine a picture perfect family: a dashing pilot father, two beautiful daughters, and a loving guidance counselor mother. There's just one rub: Mom's got a perfectly hidden drinking problem. Suddenly a boating accident brings the family's secret into the open. The mother struggles first to conceal and then confront her alcoholism, finally entering a rehabilitation clinic. While his wife heals, the husband has to hold his family together and recognize his role in her addiction.
