Mississippi Coma on CD

The Blues is thrown into a new century powerful riffs meet empty beer bottles, B.B. King goes Rage against the machine. ...This is BluesCore! BluesCore... ...down to earth rock is smashed straight to the point - the blues attitude is exploding in a new sound ...heavy guitar riffs melt with powerful blues to create an impressing unit The dirty and harsh 'Cottonbomb' sound is formed by solid drums, rough bass lines, crying slide guitars and lead vocals which range from melancholic melodies to bursting edges. The Band Martin Scheiter (23, voc) Mario Uhlig (23,git/backvoc) Carsten Kuniß (23, bass/harp/backvoc) Axel Kunz (25, dr) History Being founded in February 1999 the German based band set a first end to their searching period by finding an own style called â??blues core' in 2001. After this turning point, the band started touring more intense. Until now Cottonbomb played around 100 shows all over Germany. With the release of the album â??blues core' in August 2002, another big step forward was made. The band (at this time named 'iridium') also had the opportunity to win some regional band contests. In March 2004, Cottonbomb entered the studio again to redefine their own demands on quality and growth. The album 'Mississippi coma' was released on whirlwind records and sets another milestone in the band's history by developing the unique blues core sound. Releases do you wanna live?
