Re-Quested: Back to Garage on CD

The Quests were among the pioneers of American, garage-style rock, music that fought back the 'British Invasion' within the American music scene in the mid-sixties. Recording in the West Michigan area under the now cult-famous, Fenton Records label, The Quests scored several hits amid that geographic cradle of garage bands. Since guitars still use six strings, drummers still have sticks, and really good rock doesn't have to be anything other than what it has always been, the Quests have decided that it is time for a sixties revival. They have re-opened the treasure vault containing their published hits, as well as several un-released gems from those bygone days. And, just for good measure, The Quests have also written and recorded five new songs that contain that timeless and irrepressible 'garage' sound. So, as the opening song, 'BTG,' states: 'If you want to hear some sixties with a beat you can love, the only cost to take a seat is a beer in the tub.' Well, this CD will cost a little more than that, but the ride will be worth the price. So sit back, strap in, and have fun, because 'Everybody's Screamin' Loud...The Quests are back out in the garage!' We hope you enjoy our classic our classic tunes and our new, Redux Rock.
