Mind Less Ordinary on CD

Ravenous was born Andrew Robert Wuepper March 10th 1983 in Reno Nevada, he played his first keyboard when he was five years old and has been making music ever since. Rav has been listening to all styles of music since birth, but it was the hip hop music that he heard in 1990 that captured his soul and imagination. He starting playing drums at 12 because he wanted to learn how to make beats, years later he threw away the drum sticks and moved on to an MPC drum machine. Now half a decade and a thousand vinyl records later, he has developed a style of beat-making that has been described as 'eerie and horrific' at times. With his muti- layer sample techniques, and twisted but true approach to song writing, Ravenous has created a noteworthy buzz from the northwest to L.A. After performing at dozens of venues around the Puget Sound with his group Proof Of Life, he has proven to all that have attended those shows that he can rock a crowd, and a mic with the best of them, and upon the release of his debut album 'A Mind Less Ordinary', Ravenous is out to spread his sound around like a deadly plague, and sew a quilt of madness and insight into the thoughts of those who listen Recent Venues Rocked: Temple Billiards Chop Suey Jewlbox Theatre Zulu Nation Anniversary Show Seattle Center Western Washington University Noise Lab (Neumo's) Ballard Firehouse Shoreline Community College Seven Hill Studios Hip Hop 101 (on public access Friday nights at 10:00) Jimmy Z's (Everett, WA)
