Description

Mighty Fortress on CD

These are time tested and beautiful hymns, played in easy listening style, with the emphasis on the mood. I sincerely hope you enjoy the music and my arrangements. I have just added this new CD, titled --------- A MIGHTY FORTRESS ... ---------- This CD was completed in Sept. 2006 and contains 6 of the most popular hymns. I believe it's the best one, that I've done to date -- but -- everything is a matter of opinion. The arrangements probably aren't what you normally would hear but I believe they do justice to the hymn. After, you have heard the entire song, I hope you'll agree. RDM RDMOVEREASY PA, United States About Me Who am I, that's a difficult question . When it comes to this type of thing, I'm someone who loves beautiful music, from all types of genre's, songs, musicians but not all and not everything or everyone . Late in life, I got the whim to start playing the keyboard, which I did, without any formal training and although I can't compete with the masters, the greats, near greats and very good, I'll continue to do so until the end . Every once in awhile I'll mess with the guitar and harmonica ( not very good ) hate to practice ( and practice makes perfect or at least better ), pay attention kids . And all that has led to this, most of us don't advance because we're afraid of failing . We may never reach our goals -- but how do we know, if we don't try . It's fourth down - inch's from the goal line - go for it ( whatever it is ). Experience is the best teacher but often the most bitter . There was much music, artistic, athleticism talent in our family that went by the wayside . If you don't do - you regret. My mother, always, used to say -- ' YOU CAN'T PUT AN OLD HEAD ON YOUNG SHOULDERS ', how true ! RDM.
