DeepDiscount.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our return policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply.
For DVDs, Blu-ray discs, HD-DVDs, Music, Books, Video Games, Fragrances and Fun Stuff items you may return your purchase within 30 days from the shipping date for a full refund or exchange, as long as the item is in its original unopened packaging. You are responsible for return shipping expenses unless you receive a damaged or defective item. Please refer to the information below for exceptions and specific policies concerning some product categories.
Costumes and Party Goods
Costume and party goods returns will only be accepted if they are in their original unopened packages. The 30-day return policy is strictly enforced. Disposable Helium Tanks are never returnable. Costumes purchased in October will not receive a 30-day return window. Costume purchases made in October must be returned prior to October 31st.
If DeepDiscount.com determines that the package has been opened or the costume has been worn, the return item will not be accepted and your account will not be credited
Cell phones must be returned in accordance with the carrier and plan requirements. Please contact your phone service provider for returns information.
When making a return, place the item in the box in which it arrived and send it back to us via USPS Parcel Post. For your convenience, please use the label on the back of your packing slip. Don't forget to include a brief note stating the reason for the return and whether you'd like an exchange, refund or replacement.
If you receive a defective item, please enclose a brief note stating the nature of the defect, and we will replace it promptly upon return. Please use the return label on the reverse side of the packing slip and send it back to us via USPS Parcel Post.

If you are returning your item for a replacement or an exchange, a credit transaction followed by a charge for the new transaction will occur.
If you wish to only receive a refund for your unopened merchandise, the refund to your credit card will be made when your return is processed in our warehouse. Shipping & Handling is nonrefundable.
