ALLOSAURUS: A follow up to the WALKING WITH DINOSAURS documentary, featuring the amazing computer animation that made its predecessor so popular. With a focus on the Allosaurus, the fearsome flesh-eating thunder lizard similar to the Tyrannosaurus Rex, this special explores the 12-meter monster that terrorized the late Jurassic Period. Equipped with huge serrated teeth designed for ripping the flesh from the bone, no more terrifying predator was seen in the dinosaur world until the advent of the T. Rex, some 75 million years later.
