Description

One World Ticket on CD

'Govinda Express' is the musical result of a long friendship between Anugraha and Veetkam that was re-ignited with the 'Singing Buddhas' first CD production, where Anugraha's recording and technical skills were highly supportive. Out of this collaboration the vision was created to give birth to an album that would combine our love for the East with our musical heritage of the West -and the name 'Govinda Express' popped up! This train is travelling through different musical styles and landscapes with the wish to reach your heart. It was a wonderful creative process, teaching us lessons in patience, commitment, respect and friendship. The heartful contribution of our international musician friends raised it yet to another level and gave wings to our locomotive! So jump on the train and let yourself be moved - swayed - and rocked! Songs 1. Om Namah Shivaya (7:47) Om Namah Shivaya - Hare Om I bow to Lord Shiva This tune has the feel of many little rivers flowing together, growing into a big stream finally melting into the ocean. Be a river and let yourself flow...!! 2. The Peace (8:45) The peace of coming home is like you're blossoming into a thousand flowers The peace of coming home is like the drop dissolving into the ocean The peace of coming home is like the melody becoming a symphony You're the peace even though the world appears insane You're the peace when love and care will bring you pain You can be with everything the way it is don't ask for something else JUST THIS And you will be high and you will be low But the silence is untouched OSHO This song expresses the longing that everyone on this planet may find his way back home. So that more and more friends gather on this path, creating a irresistable force of love and friendship. 3. Let me be your flute (6:27) If you will be the sky I will be searching for rain If you will be the trees I will rest in your shade Everything I do, I do for you And all I want is to be close to you Hold me in your arms just one more time If you will be the winds I'll be an open sail If you will be my tears I'll be greatful for sorrow Deep inside the pain I feel your love And all I want is to be close to you Bless me with your smile just one more time Let me be your song Let me be your flute Let me be your dance Let me be your everything Let me be your song Let me be your flute Let me be your dance Let me be your ecstasy 4. Singing Buddha (7:35) Om Mani Padme Hum We got to wake up to the moment Freedom is here and now Singing, singing Buddha Be a singing Buddha Be it! You are it! You are the Buddha Singing with the universe 5. Om Purnam (7:45) Om Purnam Adah Purnam Idam Purnat Purnam Udacyate Purnasya Purnam Adaya Purnam Evavasisyate This is the whole. That is the whole. From wholeness springs wholeness. Take all away from wholeness, wholeness still remains. These were the first words I heard while sitting at Osho's feet. The deep wish to mold it into a musical context found it's expression in this song. One circle is complete and has become whole! This tune expresses my gratitude for all the love and inspiration received. 6. Radha Devi (Invocation) (3:44) Hare hare hare Finalmente m'enamoré La muchacha linda se llama Radha Devi Hare El amor es tan profundo Brahma Shiva Vishnu Cantamos, bailamos, amamos Hare Krishna Hare El perfume de tu piel Ay Radha Devi me muero Tus besos estan tan dulce No pares por favor Eso cuerpo que me facina Sensible, gracioso, sensual Corazon y naturaleza Que mas podria pedir? A lovesong to beautiful Radha! 7. Radha Devi (Mahamantra à lo cubano) (5:11) (see invocation) Si mi cuerpo te facina, sere yo tu medicina Hare Krishna Hare, Krishna Krishna Hare Radha Devi Hare, Radha Radha Hare Ay que tanto me gusta Yo soy tu reina, tu señorita, Tu niña bonita, tu princesita Ay me vuelve loco, ay me rompe el coco Mi bocita, la cinturita La cara bonita y te vuelve loco Hare Krishna Hare, Krishna Krishna Hare Hare Rama Hare, Rama Rama Hare Radha! Radha Devi Hare Radha! Radha Devi Hare Ay que tanto me gusta Raddha Devi Hare Krishna Ram Ram Ram Ram This song would like to bring a bit of India's meditative energy to the wild and extroverted ways of living in Cuba. An expression of the two hearts beating in my global chest! 'Radha Devi à lo cubano' passed it's ultimative test last spring, while visiting the sugar-island. There was no holding back and my friends danced wildly to it and chanted the holy names and not-so-holy verses! 8. Om Bensasatto Samaya (12:01) OM. BENSASATTO SAMAYA, MANU PALAYA BENZASATTA TENOPA, TISHTA DRIDHO ME BHAVA SUTOKHAYO ME BHAVA, SUPOKHAYO ME BHAVA ANURAKTO ME BHAVA SARVA SIDDHI ME PRAYACCHA, SARVA KARMA SUCA ME CITTAM, SHREYANG KURU HUM HA HA HA HA HOH BHAGAWAN SARVA TATHAGATA BENZA MA ME MUNCA BENZA BHAWA MAHA SAMAYASATTVA, AH This Tibetan mantra is called the 100-Syllable Purification mantra and will help the meditator clear obstacles in practice, everyday life, and union with Vajrasattva and the divine.
