Such a motto relies on a great deal of self-control, which can only be taught through preparation and training. Instructor Jean-Michel Pinard has been practicing martial arts for more than 25 years, he has studied various styles: judo, Ju jitsu, aikido, Krav-maga, Sambo, Rapid-Defense-system, and Penchak-Silat system (FISFO Charles Joussot). He's currently an instructor certified by Joussot and is a representative for the FISFO System for Switzerland at the Jorat Dojo Lausanne Vaud.
