After a critically acclaimed EP (Black Boogie Neon, 2018), a debut album (Prosthetic Boombox, 2021), and collaborations with the likes of MGMT, Benny Sings, and The Avalanches, the self-proclaimed Disabled Disco Innovator was able to finish his new album, groovier than ever. Without boundaries of style, tinted with hip-hop, R&B, and drum & bass, and faithful to his very unique flow, Cola Boyy offers one last record in his image: 12 generous, inventive, psychedelic, and passionate tracks. An album that paints a nuanced yet lyrical portrait of it's era, drawing on the diversity of the contemporary world to offer anthems for those who are in lack of them.
